Couldn't connect to airbag on a holden barina TK. Help!

     Same problem with my daughters TK Barina.  AL619 asked us to select the third digit of the vin number and gave a few choices that were all letters.  The third digit on her VIN is the number 3!  Wasted hours without any success.  How about Autel helping by supplying answers to some of these questions on their products...
